This policy covers payments to ClipMark ("ClipMark", "we") for our packages and services.
No refunds
Payments for monthly packages, shoot days, add-ons and one-off work are not refundable. This includes months that have already started and work that has already been delivered.
Stop any time
There is no lock-in. You can cancel a monthly package at any time by messaging us, and you won't be charged for the next month. Cancelling doesn't refund the month you have already paid for.
Before you pay
We agree the exact work, timeline and price with you in writing before any work starts, so you know what you're paying for. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
